A memory from Abbie Dare: you were one of the loveliest guys I have ever met, you looked after me and never failed to make me laugh

Here’s a lovely message from Abbie Dare; Abbie went to Wooldale Primary School and met Huw 3 years ago.  This is what she says about him.  (Don’t blame Abbie for the history cartoon here – that’s my idea!)  

I first met huw in year 8 I sat next to him in RE and we have been friends ever since, but when we really got close was in year 10 when he sat by me in history.  He made a double lesson bearable,  he would always cheer me up by giving me hugs and joking around and he never failed to make me smile.  Huw meant a lot to me, he was always there when I needed him.  He was a great guy and there is a big personality missing on a Thursday now without him.

And this is what Abbie said about Huw in March

Huw.  I can’t believe you have gone, you were one of the loveliest guys I have ever met, you looked after me and never failed to make me laugh.  We have had some good times together, I don’t think I will be able to stand Thursday afternoons without you.  Turning around to not see you with that big smile on your face.  Life won’t be the same without you.  The thought of not ever seeing you again breaks my heart, your gorgeous smile, our lovely chats.  It was only the other day I was sat on your lap.  I will never forget, you were an amazing guy and you will be missed.  You will always be in my heart and forever you will stay.  I love you Huw forever and always until we meet again.  RIP.  Love from Abbie Dare xxx ♥
